About this position

The SPM Staff will be responsible for handling customer relationship management, training new users on internal CRM applications, monitoring sales activities, updating data on CRM systems, and uploading new customer products to various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Membuat & train user baru aplikasi CRM internal
• Menangani komplain terkait penggunaan CRM internal
• Monitor aktivitas salesman melalui CRM internal
• Melakukan pembaharuan data pada CRM seperti; harga & stok
• Mengunggah produk costumer baru ke CRM/Tokped/Glodoku di Acumatica
• Membantu proses permintaan General Catalog & Souvenir Training di Cust.

Requirements

• D3 / S1 di bidang Administrasi Bisnis / Management
• Microsoft Office literate
• Rajin, Teliti, Cepat/Gesit
• Memiliki skill komunikasi yang baik
• Memiliki pengalaman dalam Customer Relationship Management
