Sales Engineer (Semarang)
About this position
The Sales Engineer in Semarang will be responsible for selling mechanical and electrical equipment to industries, maximizing sales, increasing market share, developing customer relations, and providing after-sales service.
Responsibilities
• Selling Mechanical & Electrical Equipment to Industries
• Maximize the sales of category’s products to our current and new customers within assigned market
• Increase the market share in the assigned territory through efficient and proactive sales approach
• Enhance and develop a good working relation with customers and colleagues
• Interact with the aftermarket team to provide a good after sales service to reach the required customer satisfaction
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferred from Mechanical / Electrical Engineering background
• Have experiences in the same field for at least 2 years, from machinery & electrical company.
• Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
• The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership and team working skills.
• Have an active driving license (SIM A/C)
