Product Support (Jakarta)
About this position
The Product Support position involves designing marketing strategies, providing technical assistance, and supporting sales teams in product knowledge and training.
Responsibilities
• Design & carry out marketing strategy planning in developing the Products in Market
• Provide technical assistance to clients who are using the company's products
• Investigate and help clients issues, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them
• Visit customers with sales team to support them in terms of Product Knowledge, Product Application, installation, and training for users.
• Create and maintain customer-facing support documentation, such as knowledge base articles and FAQs
• Provide training to sales team on how to use the company's products
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Have experiences for at least 2-3 years as a Product Support from Machinery & Electrical Industry
• Experiences to train Sales & User on how to use the products
• Ability to speak and write in English is preferred
• Mastering AutoCAD
• Mastering technical drawing and get used to working in it
• Neat and know well how to treat a customer
• Owned a personal vehicle and an active driving license
• Ready to work in the field with Sales Team
