Responsibilities
• Melakukan rekrutment calon karyawan (end to end process)
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan head office terkait pengiriman karyawan menuju site dan memastikan karyawan sampai
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim medic terkait dengan medical check up untuk new hire ataupun medical check up tahunan karyawan
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan departement lain terkait kebutuhan man power
• Memastikan kelengkapan berkas calon karyawan
• Memonitoring & Update Man Power Planning
• Membuat report harian terkait progress rekrutment
Requirements
• Pendidikan S1 Psikologi
• Berpengalaman sebagai recruiter min. 2 tahun, di perusahaan pertambangan lebih diutamakan
• Menguasai Ms. Office, khususnya Ms. Excel
• Menguasai alat tes psikologi
• Terbiasa melakukan mass recruitment
• Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke luar kota
• Bersedia untuk bekerja dengan sistem roaster 9:2
• Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh site Hillcon (Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku)
