About this position

The Supervisor MIS (Management Information System) position requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a relevant field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar or relevant field. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of information systems and data management, as well as experience in budgeting, financial management, data security, cloud-based solutions, audit systems, and risk assessment. Additionally, the candidate should be up-to-date with the latest technology trends and possess excellent data processing and analysis skills, attention to detail, and the ability to develop and implement information system policies and procedures. Leadership, problem-solving, communication, multitasking, and time management skills are also essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the scalability and flexibility of systems to support business growth.
• Ensure data security within the company.
• Ensure all transactions in the company are daily closing and zero defect.
• Ensure the integrity and availability of company data is always up-to-date, valid, and timely.
• Ensure all MIS assets are well maintained and preserved.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of information systems.
• Plan and implement new systems and enhance existing systems.
• Develop and enforce company system policies and procedures.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve business operations (software & hardware).
• Prepare and present reports on company performance for all management levels (low-top).
• Conduct regular system audits and risk assessments.
• Manage budgets and expenditures, and ensure all MIS projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with top management and other departments to understand their information needs.
• Supervise, evaluate, and develop Data Entry Staff and MIS Staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar or relevant field.
• Understanding of taxation & Accurate Online (preferred).
• Strong understanding of information systems and data management.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management.
• Experience in data security.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions.
• Experience with audit systems and risk assessment.
• Up-to-date with the latest technology trends.
• Excellent data processing and analysis skills, detail-oriented & accurate.
• Ability to develop and implement information system policies and procedures.
• Leadership, problem-solving, communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
