About this position

The Coway Technician is responsible for delivering, installing, and servicing products at customer locations, ensuring customer understanding of product functions and addressing any issues that arise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install the product at the appropriate customer location/address based on the application
• Provide an explanation to customers about the function of the product and how to use the product
• Analyzing problems/damage that occurs in the product. Includes explanations to customer
• Provide for product service, whether in warranty or out warranty. Related to after service payment
• PR/PEX/Demo execution based system/RFD/Work Permit
• Responsible for the work tools/vehicles used

Requirements

• Minimum High/Vocational School, Diploma and Bachelor graduate are preferred
• Deep understanding about electrical and failure analysis.
• Proven technician service at least 1 year/POE Specialist. Home Appliance products are preferred.
• Good analytical thinking and communication.
• Driver licensed A / experienced.
• Strong Interpersonal and manage time efficiently.
