The Staff Purchasing (Garment) position involves researching potential vendors, comparing offers, tracking orders, reviewing product quality, entering order details, maintaining records, and preparing reports on purchases.
Responsibilities
• Research potential vendors, especially for fabric, material for clothing and accessories.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Review quality of purchased products
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma, any major.
• Have a good knowledge about fabric and accessories.
• Have a good negotiation skill.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a purchasing, prefer at Manufacture Garment.
• Good Communication, Negotiation.
• Fluent in English written and Oral.
• Available working on Monday - Saturday
