About this position

The Merchandiser Staff (Garment) position requires a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent, at least 1 year of experience in the field, and proficiency in textile, sewing, pattern, fashion, administration, and merchandising. The role involves coordinating product development, monitoring production efficiency and quality control, fulfilling sales orders, and maintaining production costs.

Responsibilities

• Make a coordination for product development with related department.
• Control and monitor the production efficiency and result, including for the quality control.
• Fulfill the order from sales or marketing for product procurements.
• Record all the inventory movement for fabric, accessories, and others thing related to raw material for production.
• Should be able to maintain the production cost based on the budget; less variance.
• Complete the production based on target.
• Read technical pack.
• Have a deep understanding of BOM and have experience to make BOM.
• Can do and understand about measurement.
• Have a good knowledge about materials chart order.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): TEXTILE, SEWING, PATTERN, FASHION, ADMINISTRATION, MERCHANDISER.
• Conduct restock and process in a timely manner.
• Analyze Data for Sales and Stock.
• Have a good understanding of technical aspects of production machines and convection.
• Have a good relationship with vendors for convection.
• Candidate with background experience in textile convection company will be preferred.
• Willing to work Monday - Saturday.
