About this position

The Livestream Operator will be responsible for managing technical equipment, ensuring the quality of the livestream, analyzing data, and optimizing the livestream process. They will also be required to have good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and be familiar with TikTok and Shopee algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain technical equipment and samples. Ensure the LIVE effect. Manage the technical process in the LIVE process, including the switching of LIVE images, the adjustment of audio & video quality, etc.
• Prepare for LIVE, LIVE follow-up, distribute coupons, and record problems.
• Data analysis and review of LIVE, providing suggestions for LIVE optimization direction.
• Monitor LIVE data, control the rhythm of LIVE, including the number of viewers, GPM, interaction situation, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Graduate from Communication, IT, Mathematics, Marketing, Broadcasting, Art, or any related field). With relevant experience, in E-Commerce Digital Live Streaming, especially TikTok & Shopee.
• Familiar with Tiktok & Shopee algorithms and operational rules.
• Skill software; TikTok Live Dashboard and other(s) Microsoft Office software; Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
• Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to coordinate and handle problems in the LIVE process.
• Experienced in Fashion Industry is preferred.
• Willing to be placed at Tegal Alur, West Jakarta, with Full WFO system and shifting work schedule
