About this position

The Live Stream Admin position requires a candidate with at least SMU qualification and 1 year of related work experience. The role involves handling live stream hosting, familiar with Tiktok and Shopee algorithms, and proficient in software such as TikTok Live Dashboard and Microsoft Office. Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and experience in the fashion industry are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support live streaming process, understand how to use computer
• Build and maintain technical equipment and samples. Ensure the LIVE effect. Manage the technical process in the LIVE process, including the switching of LIVE images, the adjustment of audio & video quality, etc
• Prepare and clean up before and after live stream
• Backup Hosting Live Streaming on marketplace and social media
• Good in memorize all the products, size, fabric, and name of the products

Requirements

• Minimum Candidate must possess at least SMU in any field.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Willing handle the livestream host.
• Familiar with Tiktok & Shopee algorithms and operational rules.
• Skill software; TikTok Live Dashboard and other(s) Microsoft Office software; Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
• Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to coordinate and handle problems in the LIVE process.
• Experienced in Fashion Industry is preferred.
• Willing to be placed at Tegal Alur, West Jakarta, with Full WFO system and shifting work schedule
• Skill(s): presenting, ms office, computer, and social media
