The Creative & Product Specialist (Mixologist/Barista/Coffee Roaster) is responsible for developing beverage recipes and maintaining the creative vision for products, while collaborating with various teams to ensure successful product implementation and market strategies.
Responsibilities
• Develop beverages (coffee / non coffee) recipes.
• Develop and maintain the overall creative vision for our products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and conceptualize product implementation.
• Lead the product development process from ideation to commercialization.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and positioning to internal stakeholders.
• Conduct product testing and quality assurance checks to ensure products meet quality standards.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree of any major.
• Having experiences minimum 3 years in related field.
• Skills: Coffee Knowledge, Coffee Roastery, Mixology Basics, Technical Skills, Creativity and Innovation, Adaptability and Problem-Solving, Continuous Learning.
• Willing to be placed in Menteng, Jakarta.
