About this position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Testing Leader to join our manufacturing team. As the Testing Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all testing activities within the manufacturing process to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement testing strategies and protocols for all manufacturing processes
• Lead a team of testing technicians and engineers to execute testing activities
• Coordinate with production and quality control teams to ensure timely testing of products
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Maintain testing equipment and ensure calibration and maintenance schedules are followed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address testing issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the testing process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (bachelor of foundry/ metallurgy engineer are preferable)
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a manufacturing testing role (preferably from steel industries)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and equipment
• Experience with quality management systems and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
