Corporate Secretary Manager
About this position
The Corporate Secretary Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with capital market regulations, facilitating communication between the company and stakeholders, and overseeing the preparation of various reports and meetings.
Responsibilities
• Fulfillment of all reporting obligations, information disclosure, payments, good corporate governance and corporate action as a Public Company in accordance with existing capital market regulations, according to the time set and according to the needs of the Company.
• The creation of two-way communication (as a liaison) is well established between the Company and all Capital Market stakeholders.
• All of the Company's activities have complied with the latest capital market regulations.
• Coordinate data collection, oversee the process of making and reviewing Annual Reports and Sustainability Reports that have been prepared in accordance with capital market regulations and report them in a timely manner.
• Organizing the AGMS and EGMS as well as other Annual and Special Public Exposes according to the time set and according to the needs of the Company, as well as advertising as necessary.
• Coordinate with Corporate Planning and the Secretary of the Board of Directors and Commissioners on the implementation of the Board of Directors Meeting, Board of Commissioners Meeting and Joint Meeting of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners according to plan.
• Reviewing the list and control of permits and agreements, both in terms of completeness of documents, due dates, extension or creation of new documents and licensing agreements, and has been well documented.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in Legal, Accounting or Business Administration from Reputable University.
• Min. 3 years’ experience in handling Corporate Secretary.
• Proven experience as corporate secretary manager.
• Understanding of all capital market regulation.
• Excellent coordination skills and well organized.
• Have strong leadership and strategic thinker.
• Familiar with reports (Foreign Exchange Monthly Report, Shareholders Monthly Report, Annual Report, Sustainability Report etc), Reviews/Explanation, Information Disclosures, Licenses (TKDN, HAKI, LKPM, BPS).
