About this position

The Chief of Staff (Mandarin Translator) serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, ensuring efficient operations and facilitating communication across the organization while managing special projects and translation responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, ensuring efficient operations and facilitating communication across the organization
• The role requires fluency in Mandarin and English to support global operations
• This position will manage special projects, drive organizational priorities, and act as a liaison between the executive office and various departments
• Additionally, this role will encompass translation responsibilities and support daily communications and meetings
• Responsible for the translation of daily communications and meetings of the department.
• Translate relevant documents of the department both orally and in writing

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor (S1) in Mandarin Literature
• Fully proficient in Mandarin, English, Indonesia written and spoken
• Having Sertifikasi Nasional Himpunan Penerjemah Indonesia (SNHPI) or Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi (HSK) certificate
• Able to translate documents from Mandarin to English and / or Bahasa and vice versa
• Strong project management skills with a track record of managing complex projects to successful completion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Microsoft Office Proficient
• Honest, agile and reliable
• Able to work in a team, have good coordination and problem solving
