About this position
The Enterprise Architecture position is a contract-based role focused on maintaining and updating enterprise architecture documentation and collaborating with teams to ensure accurate representation of IT architecture.
Responsibilities
• Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date repository of all enterprise architecture documentation, including blueprints, models, and guidelines.
• Regularly review and update repository contents to reflect the latest architectural changes and improvements.
• Use diagram tools like draw.io, Lucidchart, LeanIX, and Visio to create and update various types of architectural diagrams, such as system architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, network diagrams, and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather information and ensure that diagrams accurately represent the current and future state of the IT architecture.
• Ensure that all diagrams are clear, detailed, and effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in roles related to Enterprise Architecture, IT Governance, or IT Management, Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Understand EA frameworks.
• Have knowledge of EA concept such as Application, Data, Security, and Infrastructure. Able to analyze and bridge the gap between technical and business teams is highly desirable.
• Able to manage repositories effectively.
• Familiar with diagram tools like draw.io, Lucidchart, LeanIX, and Visio.
• Familiar with common IT diagrams.
• Able to make informed decisions with guidance, based on data, analysis, and best practices.
• Willing to be proceed as contract based minimum 6 months.
