About this position

The RnD Packaging Development Staff is responsible for the development process of packaging, including checking artwork and CR from suppliers, sending samples for approval, requesting material codes, following up on test results, creating documentation, making reservations for production trials, attending packaging meetings, and providing input for packaging development.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development process of Packaging Development
• Check artwork and CR from suppliers
• Send samples/approval artwork and CR to suppliers
• Request material code from IT
• Follow up test results with suppliers to ensure compliance with established standards
• Create documentation for supplier-provided samples and approved packaging standards
• Make reservations for production trials and request compatibility tests
• Attend packaging meetings and revise outcomes
• Update weekly reports
• Provide input and ideas for effective packaging development, quality improvement, and enhancement

Requirements

• Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably in Packaging/Industrial Engineering
• 1-3 years of experience in cosmetics industry (RnD Packaging division preferred)
• Able to operate packaging measurement tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP
• Mastery of documentation creation
• Able to work independently or in a team, detail-oriented, active, communicative, and agile
