About this position

Product Registration Executive will be responsible for registering products with BPOM, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing updated information on regulations related to product marketing.

Responsibilities

• Register products with BPOM and prepare necessary documents
• Consult with BPOM/ Ministry of Health in case of issues related to product regulations
• Process revisions and additional data for new products or variations of existing products at BPOM
• Monitor the validity period of all notified products
• Check all labeling and claims in NPL & existing product designs
• Provide updated information on regulations and legality related to BPOM/ Ministry of Health regarding product marketing
• Ensure all products meet safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BPOM registration & standardization (cosmetic products)
• Understanding of BPOM registration process for cosmetic products
• Experience with E-Reg BPOM system and/or Notifkos
• Excellent understanding of Good Cosmetic Manufacturing Practices (CPKB), ISO, Halal Assurance, and ability to implement them
• Knowledge of updated regulations from BPOM and other regulatory bodies
• Understanding of claim functions and usage in product labeling
• Familiarity with SAP program is preferred
• Willingness to learn, detail-oriented, and has attention to details
