About this position

Plant / Factory General Manager will be responsible for overseeing and controlling the factory operations, improving the performance of various functions in the plant, optimizing production equipment, developing manufacturing strategies, ensuring safety and quality standards, and maintaining good relationships with internal and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control factory operations
• Responsible for maintenance and operational activities in the factory
• Improve the performance of all functions in the plant
• Ensure timely and cost-effective distribution of products
• Optimize production equipment to increase productivity
• Estimate costs and ensure effective production budgeting
• Develop manufacturing strategies to enhance plant productivity
• Maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure factory processes meet quality standards
• Establish a workplace culture focused on EHS and ESG
• Implement health and safety practices for all employees
• Ensure compliance with CPKB and SJH in the factory
• Provide regular production reports and analysis to management

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Management
• At least 5 years of experience as a Plant/Factory Manager in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods industry
• Proficient in Production flow, PPIC, Warehouse & Distribution functions
• Strong understanding of inventory and demand management
• Excellent communication, detail-oriented, analytical thinking, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in SAP related to Production Planning and Warehouse Management
• Good analytical, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize safety, quality, and productivity in the plant
• Knowledge of Environmental Control Regulations and Occupational Health and Safety
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
