About this position

The Export Import Staff position requires a minimum of a Diploma degree, 1 year of experience in Export-Import, and familiarity with the Beauty Industry or FMCG Company.

Responsibilities

• Manage the buyer export contact database (Looking for new buyers, contact recap, and regular follow up)
• Communication with buyers, Suppliers, shipping agents/ forwader, warehouse and related departments
• Handle export - Import Shipping Administration and prepare documents and forms to move goods efficiently through Export - Import steps and procedures
• Handling invoice payment process

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma degree majoring in any field
• Having working experience in Export - Import minimum 1 years
• Preferably from Beauty Industry or FMCG Company
• Understand the technical & regulation Export - Import process
• Good spoken & written English communication skill
• Strong in analytical and negotiation
• Quick response to customer/suppliers inquiries
• Familiar with hs code function
• Proficient in computer working tools e-mail, Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point) especially Ms. Excel
• Have good personality, hard working, and should be able to working under pressure
• Start ASAP
