About this position

The Legal Officer position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Law and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of Corporate Law, Business Law, and Agrarian Law is essential. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to draft and review agreements are also necessary. The ideal candidate should be well-behaved, responsible, disciplined, have good communication skills, be confident, detail-oriented, agile, honest, have high initiative, and be able to supervise effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.

Responsibilities

• Pendidikan minimal S1 Hukum
• Pengalaman kerja min. 1 tahun sebagai Legal Officer (lebih disukai pengalaman dibidang perkebunan kelapa sawit)
• Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang Hukum Perusahaan, Hukum Bisnis, dan Hukum Agraria.
• Dapat membuat draft dan melakukan review terhadap perjanjian kerjasama.
• Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi dengan baik.
• Berkelakuan baik, bertanggung jawab, disiplin, memiliki komunikasi yang baik, percaya diri, teliti, gesit, jujur dan inisiatif tinggi serta mampu melakukan supervisi
• Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law
• At least 1 year of experience as a Legal Officer (experience in palm oil plantation sector preferred)
• Good knowledge of Corporate Law, Business Law, and Agrarian Law
• Ability to draft and review cooperation agreements
• Strong negotiation skills
• Well-behaved, responsible, disciplined, good communication skills, confident, detail-oriented, agile, honest, high initiative, and effective supervision skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
