Social Media Content Specialist
About this position
The Social Media Content Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing content across various social media platforms to enhance GoApotik's brand presence and engage consumers effectively.
Responsibilities
• Create content on social media owned by GoApotik such as Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, etc
• Educate consumers on GoApotik’s offerings and shopping options via content.
• Ensure and strengthen GoApotik's brand presence consistently across all social media platforms
• Track and analyze social media campaigns to boost traffic and engagement.
• Conduct social media trend research and integrate relevant trends into content.
• Collaborate with corporate marketing communication or other related team for broader campaigns.
• Propose a new strategy from data customer & user
• Perform A/B testing for optimal customer engagement.
• Assess the market potential, feasibility, and scalability of the inventories
• Review and improve monetization processes and operational processes to grow the revenue
Requirements
• Minimal 3+ years in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong creative and analytical skills, proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Canva), familiarity with SEO and A/B testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• Strategic thinker, proactive, and up-to-date with the latest social media trends.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
