About this position

The Finance, Accounting, & Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations, reporting, compliance, and managing the finance and accounting team to drive financial success across the company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance.
• Prepare and present financial reports with key insights for management and help improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Analyze and improve financial workflows and processes.
• Oversee tax filings and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Manage accounting operations, ensuring accurate records and timely financial closes.
• Act as a strategic partner in driving financial success across the company.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders like Principals, E-Commerce Partners, IT, and others.
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's or CPA preferred).
• At least 5 or more years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax, with managerial experience.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with financial management software (ERP), Oracle.
