About this position
The Trainer Staff position involves conducting training sessions, creating training materials, and collaborating with various teams to enhance learning and development within the organization.
Responsibilities
• Conduct internal and external training.
• Conduct field training.
• Create new materials for each department.
• Communicating directly with the field team.
• Communicating with the assessment team to find problems.
Requirements
• Minimum S1 education in all majors.
• Work experience as a Training/Learning Support for 1 year.
• Experienced in making TNA.
• Able to compile materials and training needs.
• Able to make learning videos.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office, excellent knowledge of Canva.
• Able to learn and adapt quickly.
• Excellent knowledge of Ms Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PIVOT, COUNTIF, SUMIF).
• Willing to visit the area.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties.
• Can Join ASAP.
