About this position

The Network Support (E-Commerce) position involves analyzing e-commerce trends, managing payments, and coordinating package pickups.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the increase and decrease of E-commerce.
• Follow up COD payments from partners.
• Follow up packages for pick up.
• Analyze big sellers.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree from any Major.
• Min. 2 years work experience in related field.
• Proficient and familiar with Ms. Excel (Pivot,Hlookup,Vlookup).
• Ability to process and analyze data.
• Good communication, responsible, and has the ability to work in a team.
• Have work experience in Logistic company and have worked at Shopee/Lazada.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills, able to meet tight deadlines.
• Placement: Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara.
