About this position

The IT Staff position involves managing and maintaining IT equipment, troubleshooting issues, and providing support for various software and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and install software Laptop, Desktop, PC, etc.
• Maintenance and setting up IT equipment, Programs & Networking / Internet Network.
• Create reports, create documentation, and store documents/reports related to IT equipment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Informatics Technique / Information Systems / Computer Engineering.
• Min. 2 years work experience in related field.
• Ability to troubleshoot computer devices and internet networks, both Hardware and Software.
• Understand Intranet / Internet network problems.
• Can install Windows OS, MS Office, Printer and CCTV.
• Understand the operation of supporting devices such as Printers, Scanners, and Photocopiers.
• Willing to help resolve problems related to electronic devices in the Field and Back Office.
• Have knowledge of Programming languages.
• Placement: Jakarta Utara
