About this position

The position of 经理助理 Assistant Manager requires a Mandarin speaker to assist in various administrative tasks and support the manager in performance analysis and strategy planning.

Responsibilities

• Observe and analyze the performance of employees from various departments and report to the manager
• Compile and plan strategies with the user

Requirements

• Minimum D3 from any major preferable from Mandarin major.
• +1 years of relevant experience as A Personal Assistant.
• Fresh Graduated are welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin.
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace.
• Able to performing administrative activities.
