About this position
Responsibilities
• Ensuring timely and effective implementation of all company policies, procedures, and activities involved in ensuring the quality of manufactured products.
• During the manufacturing process, conducting quality checks ensures that the outward factory is of the correct quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to investigate and correct quality-related issues (including customer complaints).
• Monitoring the quality of the product through the various stages of production.
• Make proactive recommendations and offer or present solutions to the production to improve quality and work efficiency.
• Review production batch records and other manufacturing-related documents to ensure compliance and record-keeping for all mandated manufacturing processes, including quality checks, testing, sampling, and sanitation activities.
• Audit the quality control of raw materials, packaging components, labels, and finished products to ensure compliance with established specifications and regulatory standards.
• Oversee in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating the required adjustments to the factory.
• Conduct inline inspections, preliminary audits, and final inspections.
• Setting quality standards for the factory and following requirements and guidance for each department and process.
Requirements
• At least Diploma Degree in Textile/Garment Engineering or related field of study.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as QA in garment industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skill in organization and prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Strong team player and leader with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines.
• Strong Analytical skill.
• Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures.
• Candidates will be placed in Central Java.
• Willing to travel out city frequently.
