About this position
The Industrial Relations position involves managing work permits, licensing, and legal documentation while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and coordinating with outsourcing.
Responsibilities
• Manage work permits for foreign employees, including Kitap, Kitas, IMTA, etc.
• Managing the licensing for events or bazaars.
• Identifying risks
• Providing legal advice
• Evaluate and formulate company policies in accordance with Indonesian labor laws.
• Prepare and archive labor case documents for submission to relevant legal entities.
• Cooperate with the company's legal team.
• Conduct socialization and briefing
• Prepare and review employment contract/labor agreement documents, warning letters, termination letters, etc.
• Ensure that the company's labor management and operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law
• Have at least three years of experience in the same position at a retail company.
• Have knowledge of the retail industry.
• Understand and master the labor law in Indonesia.
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Office
• Willing to be assigned when needed
• Willing to follow 100% WFO policy at PT Giordano Indonesia, Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara
