HR Legal Officer
About this position
The HR Legal Officer is responsible for managing legal compliance related to labor laws, work permits, and licensing, while also providing legal advice and support to the company.
Responsibilities
Legality and licensing:
• Manage work permits for foreign employees, including Kitap, Kitas, and others.
• Managing the licensing for events or bazaars is crucial.
Managing and solving problems:
• Identifying risks
• Providing legal advice
• Evaluate and formulate company policies in accordance with Indonesian labor laws.
• Prepare and archive labor case documents for submission to relevant legal entities.
• Cooperate with the company's legal team.
• Conduct socialization and briefing
Legal document management:
• Prepare and review employment contract/labor agreement documents, warning letters, termination letters, and so on.
• Ensure that the company's labor management and operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Coordinate with Outsourcing
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law
• Have at least three years of experience in the same position at a retail company.
• Have knowledge of the retail industry.
• Understand and master the labor law in Indonesia.
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Office
• Willing to be assigned when needed
• Willing to follow 100% WFO policy at PT Giordano Indonesia, Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara
