E-Commerce Manager Jakarta
About this position
The E-commerce Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the growth of our online business both in e-commerce and webstore. This role will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing strategies to maximize online sales, enhance customer experience, and optimize our e-commerce platform.
Responsibilities
• Business Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Online Sales: Drive sales growth through effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and merchandising initiatives.
• Platform Optimization: Continuously optimize our webstore and e-commerce platform and for user experience, search engine optimization (SEO), and conversion rate.
• Product Management: Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory levels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Customer Experience: Oversee customer service operations to provide exceptional support and address customer inquiries promptly.
• Analytics and Reporting: Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals to achieve department goals.
• Partnership Management: Manage relationships with brand partners and e-commerce platform involved in e-commerce operations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field.
• Min. 5 years of proven experience in e-commerce management or similar roles with a track record of driving online sales growth.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian e-commerce market, digital marketing, and SEO.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with popular webstore platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
• Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Knowledge of social media marketing and content marketing.
• Experience with Omnichannel tools.
