The HC Development Department Head is responsible for planning, controlling, and organizing the implementation of development programs to achieve the company's vision and mission. They will work at the Head Office, factories, and branch offices.
Responsibilities
• Plan, control and organize the implementation of development programs ranging from organizational development to employee development at the Head Office, factories and branch offices
• Ensure programs are in accordance with applicable directions and procedures
• Aim to achieve the company's vision and mission
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from Psychology, Management SDM or related degree
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Human Capital Development/Generalist/ Organization Development
• Having CHRP, CBHRM, CPHRM certification is an added value
• Having Management skills, Effective communication skills and leadership
• Good communication in English
