Requirements
• Undergraduate degree (S1) with 5 years related work experience.
• Preferably candidates with leadership training facilitation experience.
• Preferably candidates with formal workplace training and assessment qualifications.
• Experienced in creating leadership training and assessment material development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Canva.
• Having experience working in cultural diversity.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Highly proactive and achievement oriented.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
