Quality Management System - QMS
About this position
The Quality Management System (QMS) position involves establishing, developing, implementing, and maintaining ISO processes within the company to ensure compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
• Establish, develop, implement and maintain all processes of ISO within the company group in accordance with the standard required.
• Maintain documented procedure to control all documentation and format of records that are related to the requirements of ISO, compliance, etc.
• Maintain and file audit work documentation such as working papers, supporting documents and others.
• Audit and deal with certify bodies for certification procedure.
• Maintaining the full QMS of the Company to ensure all department processes comply with the International Standard and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Perform continuous Quality Control evaluation and trend and initiate corrective or preventive actions.
• Conduct training for ISO knowledge and new practices.
Requirements
• Minimum holder of bachelor degree
• Strong knowledge of ISO:9001, 27001, 45001.
• Have experience minimum 3 (three) years in the same position.
• Ability to work independently, manage quality process and documentation control, and implement ISO 9001/14001 quality management system.
• Excellent communications skills, speaking, reading and writing in English.
• Good in operating Microsoft Office especially Ms Excel.
• Thorough, detailed.
• Good customer service mindset.
• Have good analytical skills and problem solving.
• Willing to be placed in Grobogan.
