About this position
FOOM Lab Global is an Indonesian-based tech-enabled consumer product scale-up focused on helping adult smokers transition from combustible smoking to safer nicotine consumption methods. The company aims to provide high-quality e-cigarette products with unique, localized flavors, differentiating itself through competitive pricing, refillable pods, and in-house produced e-liquids.
Responsibilities
• Prepare analysis of business needs in line with sales strategic objectives, adding value to commercial planning activities providing key insights to grow the categories/channels
• Create Activation strategies in retail ecosystem to boost Sell-In & Sell-Out
• Carry out the design, development and maintenance of reports and dashboards to track sales KPI’s in line with Commercial planning key strategic needs.
• Implement all main trade marketing activations in order to maximize sell out impact and ROI;
• Help in managing all assets in store and online for the clients assigned in strict collaboration with Marketing, Planning and Commercial Departments.
• Create innovative projects to support sell out considering shopper behaviors and attitude
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics or in similar faculties
• 2-4 Years experienced in Trade Marketing. FMCG or Cigarette Industry preferable
• Excellent analytical & growth mindset.
• Proficient & practical in communication with retail person.
• Strong Project Management
• Excellent in both tactical & executions.
• Thriving on challenge, bringing colleagues along on the journey
• The ability to make things happen quickly with large, less nimble partners and/or teams.
