HCGA Generalist
About this position
The HCGA Generalist serves as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and is responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, payroll processing, and employee engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support related to HR policies and procedures.
• Deploy talent acquisition and employer branding strategy.
• Deploy end to end recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and benefits enrollment.
• Process HC transactions, including new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and leave management, adhering to established policies and procedures.
• Conduct end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain payroll records, including deductions, tax forms, and employee timekeeping data.
• Deploy employee transactions related to business support, such as transportation, accommodation, business allowance, reimbursement, insurance, etc.
• Measuring the impact of organization interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
• Managing company physical/office assets.
• Coordinate with finance and external vendors to manage payroll-related activities such as tax filings, reporting, and audits.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Min. 4 years of experience in HR operations & Payroll Management, GA Management, and Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and payroll software.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to full Onsite Working Setting (WFO).
