About this position

FOOM Lab Global is an Indonesian-based tech-enabled consumer product startup with a mission to aid adult smokers move away from combustible smoking and encourage people to shift to safer ways of consuming nicotine. The CEO Office - Investment Analyst will be part of the founders' office, influencing and steering the transformation of business processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Being part of founders’ office, you will be part of team that will influence and steer transformation of business processes across the organization;
• Support Founder’s with various investor relations activities including creating/ amending/ reviewing investment reports and presentations, financial reports, legal documents, and due diligence materials.
• As a transformation agent, you will be working closely with internal clients to track and drive business performance – starting from budgeting (OKR), target monitoring, conduct analyses and provide regular update/recommendations for BODs as well as insights to relevant stakeholders;
• As future business leader, you will not only have the taste of developing recommendations, but also developing and executing initiatives to drive business performance.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of relevant work experience in Venture Capital, or Private Equity, or Management Consulting;
• Degree (Bachelor) or master in engineering/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Finance/ Business or other quantitative disciplines;
• Hands-on experience in modeling (Financial and Operational) and to showcase plan and reporting.
• Ability to work well under pressure, proactive, high energy, self-confident and entrepreneurial mindset;
• Strong communication skills, influencing skills and a high level of comfort in a variety of cultural and business settings;
• Comfortable coordinating and managing internal and external stakeholders under pressure, protective of sensitive information;
• Genuinely passionate for high-growth environment & doing extra-miles things.
