About this position
Responsibilities
• Melakukan preventife maintenance perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak disemua site
• Melakukan trouble shooting / mengatasi complain dari user
• Memelihara aset departement secara dokumen dan aktual
• Memelihara jaringan dan database perusahaan
• Memastikan penggunaan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak optimal
Requirements
• Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknologi Informasi / Ilmu Komputer
• Pengalaman minimal 2 Tahun yang relevan
• Memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam pemeliharaan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak komputer
• Menguasai jaringan dan data center
• Menguasai pemeliharaan dasar (PC, CCTV, Proyektor, LAN, WIFI dan Perangkat lainnya)
• Memahami sistem database dan my sql
• Memahami Active Directory server, domain, hosting, dan mail server
