About this position

The Logistic Section Head is responsible for planning and managing logistics activities, coordinating teams, overseeing inventory, negotiating with suppliers, controlling logistics costs, and making strategic decisions to improve logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage logistics activities (purchasing, storage, distribution).
• Coordinate teams and ensure smooth logistics and warehouse operations.
• Oversee inventory and manage inventory systems.
• Negotiate with suppliers and maintain good relationships.
• Control logistics costs and prepare budgets.
• Resolve logistics problems and make strategic decisions.
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve logistics processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Bachelor of Pharmacy is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, with 2 years of managerial experience.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Proficient in inventory management.
• Proficient in export and import procedures.
• Analytical skills and strong leadership.
• Good command of English is preferred.
