About this position

The Product Consultant (Mandarin Speaker) is responsible for product presentation, maintaining customer satisfaction, and coordinating internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Product Presentation, Received customer order
• Maintain customer satisfaction
• Other internal coordination (Reporting, Order Delivery, Quality)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Bussines, Finance or Engineering
• Fluent in Chinese Mandarin (min. speaking)
• Fluent English speaking & writing
• Proficiency in Ms Office
• Fresh Graduates are very welcome to apply
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Placement in Cibitung, Bekasi
