About this position

The position of ANALIS RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT involves being responsible for developing cosmetic products, improving existing products, conducting trials, preparing technical documents, analyzing market trends, and continuously improving product development processes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing cosmetic products according to desired concepts.
• Responsible for improving the quality, effectiveness, and application of existing products.
• Conduct trial scale-up for validation of development formulas from laboratory trials to production.
• Prepare technical documents for products and raw materials.
• Create detailed reports on project processes, results, and conclusions.
• Plan and execute product development with the team, including production trials and product stability tests.
• Analyze cosmetic trends in the market and be involved in developing new products.
• Responsible for continuous improvement in product development processes and production processes.
• Analyze product aspects chemically and physically.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an R&D Analyst.
• Experience in Color Adjustment, Skincare for at least 1 year in the Cosmetic, Food, Textile industries.
• Minimum education of Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy/Chemistry.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and high loyalty.
• Willing to work in shifting systems.
• Placement in Tangerang - Cikupa.
