HR Generalist
About this position
The HR Generalist is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while supporting various HR functions to ensure effective operations and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions while collaborating with hiring managers to understand the necessary skills and competencies.
• Conduct or arrange for background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Implement new hire orientation programs and employee recognition initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining employee retention rates by executing strategies developed by the company to support employee satisfaction, engagement, and development.
• Support the HR department in various functions to ensure smooth operations and effective implementation of HR policies and programs.
• Ensure the efficient operation of the office in Yogyakarta by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining a conducive work environment.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Capital Management, Psychology, Economics, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in related field.
• Strong understanding of human resources principles, practices and employment law.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, job seeker tools, and psychological test tools.
• Understanding of sourcing techniques, interviewing methods, and selection process.
• Strong communication skill and effective time management abilities.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Problem solving and team collaboration.
• Familiarity with HRIS system.
