Digital Marketing Strategist
About this position
The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for managing large-scale campaigns, focusing on maximizing ROI and efficiently scaling ad spend.
Responsibilities
• Oversee high-budget campaign performance (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), ensuring targets are met.
• Analyze real-time performance data and make high-level adjustments to bid, targeting and placements.
• Manage multiple ad platforms, ensuring consistency in creative and message delivery.
• Conduct detailed performance reviews of all running campaigns, highlighting wins and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking of conversions and attributions.
• Lead performance marketing meetings to update the team on strategy shifts or new opportunities.
• Deliver detailed monthly performance reports, including insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
• Review the entire ad strategy and adjust campaign objectives and goals based on revenue performance.
• Lead brainstorming sessions with the team to generate new ideas and explore new advertising channels.
• Track and analyze conversion rates and suggest strategies to improve ROAS.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance and make recommendations for optimizations.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field 3 - 5 years of professional experience in marketing.
• Advanced knowledge of digital ad platforms, including newer channels (Tiktok Ads, Youtube, etc.).
• Expertise in setting up tracking pixels, tags, and conversion events in platforms like Google Tag Manager.
• High-level analytical skills for deep-diving into campaign data and making data-driven decisions.
• Ability to handle high-budget campaign and allocate resources effectively across channels.
• Advanced certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or data analytics are beneficial.
• Experience managing more complex campaigns and working with cross-functional teams is expected.
• Comprehensive understanding of product features, including technical specifications and applications.
• Ability to translate complex product details into clear, compelling marketing messages.
• Deep knowledge of customer pain points and how the product solves these problems.
