Recruitment & Development Supervisor
About this position
The Recruitment & Development Supervisor is responsible for fulfilling manpower needs, overseeing the recruitment process, and managing training programs for new employees.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for fulfillments manpower needs based on MPP and user request
• Monitoring end to end recruitment process
• Responsible for school recruitment, job fair, and communication with stakeholder
• Responsible for planning recruitment's budget
• Assist in monitoring and developing New Employee Training Program
• Assist on audit related to HR (ISO 90001, 145001, ISO 14001, AFC & AGC)
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor of Psychology Education
• Preferably min 3 years' experience as Supervisor Recruitment
• Strong experience with full cycle recruiting, talent management, school recruitment
• Fluent in English and comfortable in managing internal/external stakeholder
• Good interpersonal skill and communication
• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
• Willing to be placed in Subang, West Java
