About this position

The Preventive Maintenance position involves creating and reviewing maintenance plans, managing spare parts, and supporting audit processes while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Create & Review Preventive maintenance plan based on standard and follow safety regulation
• Replacement part and spare part management
• Corrective maintenance
• Improvement machine and preventive method
• Tools management
• Supporting all document for audit process
• Handling 5R Management, PDCA, and problem analysis methodology

Requirements

• Min education D3
• Min 4 years' experience as preventive engineer
• High Morale and Spirit Work
• Understand Basic Automation, and basic of mechanical and electrical
• Familiar to use Microsoft office, CMMS, SAP, SCADA
• Understand basic mechanical drawing and Pneumatic, and hydroutic system
• Experience in ISO 9001
• Famliar to use AutoCad (point plus)
• Willing to move and work in Subang Area
