About this position
The HRBP Manager is responsible for creating and managing initiatives to promote employee engagement, shaping and promoting company culture, executing employer branding strategies, contributing to business plan execution through People Strategies, and managing training programs.
Responsibilities
• Creating and managing initiatives that promote employee engagement
• Responsible for shaping and promoting company's culture
• Execute innovative employer branding strategies, such as internal event, employee activities, and company's values
• Contribute to the execution of the business plan through the creation and implementation of the People Strategies that attract, career development and retain employees
• Manage training programs
Requirements
• Bachelor degree all majors
• Have minimum 3 years working experiences as People & Culture or HRBP or Training
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication skill
• Enthusiasm for lifelong learning
• Willing to be placed in Benda, Tangerang
