Project Engineering Manager
About this position
The Project Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and within the established timeline and budget.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and within the established timeline and budget.
• Manage and Coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors and other personnel
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site
• Monitor the quality of work performed and ensure it meets or exceeds industry standards
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment that required for the project
• Keep accurate records of project progress, changes, and any incidents
• Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, clients, architects, engineer and other team member
• Identify potential issues or delays and implement solutions to keep the project on track
Requirements
• Have a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related fields
• Have 4 years of construction supervision or project management
• Understand construction processes, safety standards, GMP, WHO PQ and Building codes
• Excellent skills in team management, problem solving, organization, decision-making, leadership and planning
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Have a strong leadership skills and interpersonal abilities
• Able to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments
• Have certifications such as PMP or similar certifications
