Production Packaging Supervisor
About this position
Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the packaging team.
• Allocate personnel and equipment efficiently.
• Mentor and train new staff.
• Develop and implement comprehensive operational plans for secondary packaging processing.
• Coordinate schedules for preparation, processing, and delivery.
• Input and confirm data in ERP system.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and security products.
• Oversee development and implementation of quality control protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processing activities and results.
• Ensure team compliance with EHS standards and regulations.
• Conduct initial safety audits and coordinate with the EHS team for comprehensive assessments.
Requirements
• Experience and hands-on in automated packaging machine.
• Must have 3 years working experiences in related work.
• Familiar with Good Manufacturing Practice.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Have a strong sense of integrity, ethics and leadership skill.
• Able to work independently (self-motivated).
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work with overtime if needed.
• Willing to be stationed in East-Jakarta, Indonesia.
