About this position

The purpose of the role is to support network roll-out services via the unit resources and to overall Service Delivery Processes, Models, Tools and Strategies and ensure work is executed within the scope of OHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of work incl risk management, change and financial performance to ensure delivery excellence
• Drive Performance Management
• BA Service Delivery strategy and global Processes, Methods, Tools to ensure compliance.
• Manage Unit succession planning, finance and secure budget for the unit

Requirements

• MSC, MBA or equivalent through experience.
• Lead the E2E Strategy of Site Service ASP delivery services covering (NRO, Delivery to Site, NDO, Local Consumable Material) according to business ethics & compliance
• Service Resource Planning & Allocation
• Strategic Planning
• Sales process
• Financial structures for Service Delivery
• Working Level Agreement (WLA) & Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Ericsson Business Processes Knowledge
• Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS)
• Ericsson Information Security Management System
• Training and awareness of all OHS statutory requirements impacting Ericsson in local market.
• Hazard identification and Risk Assessment, Accident Investigation or RCA, Incident Reporting
