Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to management.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
• Handle communication and correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
• Maintain and organize filing systems.
• Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
• Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
• Perform general office duties such as photocopying and data entry.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Pleasant interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written in English.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Proficient in using MS Office.
• Determined and hardworking.
