About this position

PT. Eka Jaya Internasional (Hanasui) is hiring for ECOMMERCE STORE OPERATION. They are a leading company in the beauty industry with a focus on integrity, compassion, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor regular and promotional stock across all e-commerce platforms
• Coordinate with warehouse and order processing teams on stock status and discounts
• Execute e-commerce campaigns based on plans provided by specialists.
• Update shop visuals, promotions, and upload new SKUs with accurate details
• Create vouchers, manage flash sales, and set monthly prices on e-commerce platforms
• Gather data for monthly business reviews for e-commerce specialists
• Escalate and resolve marketplace issues promptly (delivery delays, penalties, violations)
• Responsive and available to work extended hours, including weekends during peak campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 1 year of experience in an e-commerce platform
• Strong proficiency in Ms Excel & data analysis
• Thrives in a fast-paced working environment
